Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
We know you’ll be excited to receive your order! Once your order has been placed, we’ll carefully prepare and package it ready for delivery.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 working days, and you’ll receive an email once your order is on its way.
Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods and around bank holidays.
Returns & Issues
What if I need to return an item or there is an issue with my order?
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Where relevant, we may ask you to provide photographs so that we can review the issue.
Each concern will be assessed individually. Where possible, we will work with you to rectify the issue. If an item has a significant fault or the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, we may arrange a replacement where appropriate.
Items being returned must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, unless the return relates to a fault or defect.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
One important distinction: if these are personalised/custom made products we are unable to offer a refund.
Privacy and Your Information
Our privacy and your family’s privacy are important to us. We only collect information needed to process orders, manage bookings, provide our services and communicate with you.
For 1-to-1 sessions, we may ask for relevant information about your child so that we can provide a safe and appropriate service. Any information shared with us is handled with care and confidentiality.
We do not sell your personal information.
