Information and working records created specifically for a child's 1-to-1 support will generally be retained for the duration of the child's time with Little Bambinos.

When the child's support comes to an end, relevant records and resources may be provided to their parent or carer. Little Bambinos' working copies will then be securely deleted or disposed of when they are no longer required.

We do not intend to retain children's developmental information indefinitely.

Certain information may need to be kept for longer where this is necessary to meet legal, financial, insurance, safeguarding or regulatory requirements.

7. Sharing Personal Information

Little Bambinos does not sell your personal information or your child's personal information.

We may share limited information with trusted third parties where this is necessary to operate our business or provide our services. These may include:

Only information reasonably necessary to arrange and provide the session will be used for this purpose.

Online sessions will not routinely be recorded.

If there is ever a reason to record a session, this will be discussed with the parent or carer beforehand and appropriate permission and data-protection arrangements will be put in place.

10. Photographs & Videos

Booking or participating in a Little Bambinos service does not automatically give us permission to use photographs or videos of your child for marketing or promotional purposes.

Where Little Bambinos wishes to use identifiable photographs, videos, testimonials or other material involving a child for our website, social media or promotional materials, we will seek separate appropriate permission where required.

Parents and carers will be informed about how the material is intended to be used before being asked to agree.

11. Keeping Information Secure

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
